The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the views could not be beat. It was very close to an Aldi store where we bought food and cooked at home mostly. The only negative about this apartment was the street noise from below from motorcycles and trucks. it was very quiet at night. The apartment is directly across the street from the lake so obviously there is a road next to the lake so you have a trade-off of traffic or views.

Wonderful stay - beautiful views and comfortable common areas
The penthouse apartment was fabulous, as advertised. The balconies were spacious and had stunning views. The open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room worked well for us. When you are in the bedrooms w/ doors closed, you can't hear the common areas. The kitchen especially had everything we needed. There is an Aldi market an easy walk- flat couple blocks away, to stock up the fridge. The 'triple' room seemed to have XL twin beds, which was appreciated by our taller family. (A few extra pillows would have been nice). The washer & dryer were efficient and nice to have. Clear instructions and friendly check- in / -out process. Highly recommend!

Beautiful modern condo in a wonderful city.
We were two couples and loved that it has two bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Grocery stores are close as well as the Grand Piazza. We were lucky to be there for the outdoor music festival called Moon and Stars. Great food, and people. Not alot of English speaking people, but our phone translator worked great. We fell in love with Locarno and this condo.

Wonderful view on Lago Maggiore
Me and my family loved the place and, in particular, we enjoyed the wonderful view of the lake from the apartment.
The place is furnished with style and there is everything to make your stay comfortable.
The only thing we were not very satisfied with it's the communication with the property manager, which has been not always quick and clear enough from their side, both before and during the stay.

Difficile dâĂ©valuer le « Little Dream Penthouse 705A », car nous avons dĂ» sĂ©journer dans un autre appartement : une rĂ©paration urgente ou une rĂ©novation (nous nâavons pas bien compris), non annoncĂ©e, Ă©tait visiblement nĂ©cessaire Ă lâappartement 705A. PassĂ© ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment (un amĂ©nagement de lits a dĂ» ĂȘtre fait dans lâappartement qui nous a Ă©tĂ© attribuĂ©), nous avons pu profiter dâun appartement situĂ© 1 Ă©tage + bas, le 601A, mais qui nous parfaitement convenu : grand, spacieux, confortable, super frais malgrĂ© la canicule, lumineux, propre, fonctionnel, idĂ©alement situĂ© dans Locarno et, cerise sur le gĂąteau, avec une incroyable et magnifique vue sur le lac ! La route au pied de lâimmeuble est trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e en journĂ©e, mais les fenĂȘtres de lâappartement isolent trĂšs bien du bruit de la circulation. Nous reviendrons dans la RĂ©sidence Vivian avec grand plaisir, en espĂ©rant pouvoir, cette fois-ci, sĂ©journer dans lâappartement « Little Dream Penthouse 705A » !
