Magnificent villa on the waterfront, 200Âș sea view, 12m x 12m infinity pool, fully equipped house, comfortable and located in a privileged setting, one of the most beautiful coves of the island at less than 50m!
Cala Pi is a quiet urbanization with only 1 hotel, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets, the rest are individual houses.
Ideally located on the waterfront and next to the most beautiful beaches of the island, Cala Pi, Es Trens, Es Moro etc.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is a dream. Things you should know: the place needs a bit of work. There are broken flooring tile, needs paint, could have been cleaned better outside before our stay. We had to have the a/c unit fixed but it looks like it had been leaking for a while (moldy damage). Overall, it was just the snarky feedback I got that wasn’t appreciated but all in all, attentive to what we needed.

Fantastic

Just had a fantastic week at the villa , the location was perfect and the views to wake up to every morning were amazing . The villa had everything u could possibly want and Aris the owner even provided a cot and high chair. The pool and outside areas were great and maybe there are a few aspects of the villa that are looking a little tired it certainly doesnt stop it being a great place to go

Spectacular!

This Amazing property in Cala Pi was nothing short of Spectacular! There are no words grand enough to describe the view - from the large beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean, or from any one of the 3 cliff side decks on this stunning property. Note: the morning sunrise is a Must See to Believe! Our family group of 6 adults were able to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of room to spare. One of Spain’s top 10 beaches- Cala Pi- was also a site to behold and an easy 3 minute walk from our ‘own little paradise’. The hotel grocery shop across the street had everything needed to stock the well appointed kitchen (including delicious fresh bread, croissants & pastries). The surrounding restaurants provided options from delicious pizzas to fine dining fare including fresh caught seafood and Spain’s famous Paella!! Our only disappointment with the entire experience was the fact that these local restaurant kitchens closed surprisingly early - so dinner time/planning was required. We were happy to have the private & secured parking spaces on the property as road spaces were limited. Having a car available for day trips to Palma and other beautiful beaches and calas was great, although there did seem a steady stream of taxis to/from the neighbouring hotel if needed. We can’t wait to return to this exceptional property and hope to make it an annual experience!

We were 4 adults, partially even 5. Enough space for all. 3 full bedrooms + baths. Some features in the house are a bit old by now and could use a refresh or replacement. The house, space and outside terrace + pool are superb for a great vacation. One needs to be aware up front that the village Cala Pi itself has absolutely nothing to offer. A handful of medium- to good restaurants, that's it. The house is above the cliffs and the walk down to the tiny beach has ~150 steep steps in a stairway. Not really tempting to climb.

Loved it.

Everything we wanted for a week by the pool. Beautiful house, amazing views, very comfortable, big bedrooms, great pool and lots of terrace space for everybody, front, back and upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so staying in and cooking was really easy. The shop across the road, indeed expensive but perfect to get your milk, bread etc but you do need to visit bigger supermarket. The bar (attached to shop) also very sweet and people very friendly. Highly recommend eating at Taverna La Paleta - amazing food and service but you have to book! Location was perfect for us, we didn't want to do loads so chilling by the pool with a couple of trips out was just what we wanted. It's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The owner Aris, was quick to answer questions before our stay, very helpful and nothing too much trouble. We would 100% go back again.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The property has a fantastic location in Cala Pi and the villa is well kept and has all the amenities one needs for a relaxing break. It is very spacious, clean and tidy with tonnes of character, in contrast to some emptier properties we have stayed which can feel a bit sterile. Everything was very intuitive and the owner Aris is very responsive, and Adrian very helpfully let us in to the villa and was on the phone if we needed anything (which we didn't). The pool, terraces and bbq area are the absolute highlight for our two families of three, and we are missing the villa already. We should have gone for two weeks but school demanded our return. Would love to return. Thanks again, the Woodleys and Brauns

Unbelievable!!!!!

Wow, we read the reviews prior to going to this beautiful villa but the reviews and the pictures just do not do it justice. The views, pool, communal areas, rooms, facilities, EVERYTHING was outstanding. There was 6 in our party, all adults and we had one of the best holidays of our lives here. The sunsets, sunrise and the moonlight dancing on the sea are breathtaking. The villa is very well equiped and everything is on hand for you to have a fantastic time. Our only complaint (And this has nothing to do with the villa) is that the hotel across the road is VERY expensive if you need any supplies. As we didnt have a hire car we were forced to use the hotel regularly. Cannot reccomend this villa and the facilities enough. We are already planning our next holiday here!!!

We enjoyed one fantastic week in the house in Cala Pi. It is a fantastic house, decorated with love and humor inside. Outside, splendid garden and fantastic infinity pool and a very, very nice terrace.

Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Ausblick und ein tolles Pool, sowie eine weitlĂ€ufige Terrasse (wie in vielen anderen Rezessionen bereits beschreiben) Ansonsten ist das Haus wie auch schon erwĂ€hnt in die Jahre gekommen und wĂŒrde ein Fresh up benötigen. Die Außenanlage inkl. Loungemöbel könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen.Die KĂŒche ist top ausgestattet und fĂŒr 10 Personen war alles da, was man so brauchen kann und noch mehr!Eines der Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und top, die anderen Badezimmer sind sehr ĂŒberschaubar und eher klein. Im 3. Badezimmer selbst ist keine Badewanne - die steht im Schlafzimmer frei - ohne Duschvorhang und definitiv in die Jahre gekommen, so das man sie nicht nĂŒtzen möchte. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut und er hat sich um unsere Anliegen sofort gekĂŒmmert! Vielen Dank nochmals!Wir haben uns Ende Oktober sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und Preis/Leistung hat gepasst, nochmals wĂŒrden wir jedoch nicht nochmals kommen.

Wunderbare Lage, grandiose Aussicht und toller Pool. Nicht nur von der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse lĂ€sst sich den ganzen Tag das atemberaubende Panorama bestaunen. Das Haus hat alles, was man fĂŒr einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Sehr ruhige Lage. Lebensmittel etc hat ein gut sortierter Laden gegenĂŒber. Die Bucht ist ĂŒber etliche Stufen gut zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war problemlos und schnell. Gerne werden wir dorthin zurĂŒckkehren.

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt. Der Blick ist einzigartig und der Pool sensationell. Der Kontakt mit dem EigentĂŒmer war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir sind zu zehnt dort gewesen und der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Es gibt auch einen Grill. Man lĂ€uft nur 3 Minuten zur gegenĂŒberliegenden Bucht. Bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe wurde nichts erklĂ€rt etc., sondern nur die SchlĂŒssel ubergeben. In einem Schlafzimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, aber ansonsten war alles super

Das Haus ist sehr abgewohnt. Schon wenn man die TĂŒre öffnet riecht es muffig. Im Wohnbereich gibt es keine Klimaanlage, auch keinerlei Ventilatoren. Eine Klimaanlage hat ĂŒberhaupt nicht gekĂŒhlt. Ein Bad und die KĂŒche wurden in den letzten Jahren saniert, der Rest ist Standard 1990. Völlig abgenutzte dreckige Lounge Möbel und Überdachung. Treppe zum Strand nicht begehbar. Es gibt keinen Safe. Im Haus selbst Ungeziefer. Zu erwĂ€hnen ist, der Pool ist Weltklasse und die Aussicht ebenfalls. Das Haus hĂ€tte ein Riesenpotential!

Wir waren Sechs Personen und hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses und der sehr große Pool haben dafĂŒr gesorgt, dass wir weniger mit dem Mietwagen die Insel erkundet haben sogar zur nahe gelegenen Traumbucht von Cala Pi sind wir nur einmal, weil es so schön am Haus war

Wir waren zu 8 Personen im Haus (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer in 2 Schlafzimmern sind wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Gemessen am Mietpreis fĂŒr die Woche sollte hier m.E. mal investiert werden. Ansonsten wirklich tolles Haus, super Lage, schöner Ort. Man sollte ein Auto fĂŒr die Zeit buchen. Es ist nicht so viel im Ort

En riktig pÀrla!

LÀget och utemiljön Àr nÄgot alldeles extra. Poolen var stor och med bra djup. Spisen funkade lite sisÄdÀr och det var kanske inte tipptopp invÀndigt men för oss var denna veckan en riktigt fulltrÀff!!! Hit ÄtervÀnder vi vÀldigt gÀrna!
