L'état général de l'habitat était déplorable: Cuisine vielle et abimée, fenêtres ne fermant pas, mécanisme des volets roulants hors de service, salles d'eau en mauvais etat avec robinetterie défectueuse et écoulement difficilet.Pas de serviettes de toilettes, pas assez de produits d'entretien , pas de réserve de produits de base pour cuisiner .Table pour manger n'acceptant que 6 personnes.Etc , Etc..
