Grifeu 15.1 - Semi-detached house with comm. pool

The house has two floors. When you go in, on the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and tableware. There is also a bathroom with a shower.

Then you come to a spacious lounge-dining room tastefully decorated with dining table and chairs, a large sofa-bed, two armchairs, TV, coffee table, cupboards and large French windows which lead to the large terrace and small garden. This space, partially covered, has outdoor furniture - large table and chairs, sun loungers - an awning and beautiful views of the sea. The ideal place to relax, enjoy the good weather and eat outside.

Going upstairs, you come to the 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to a terrace with a sun lounger and spectacular views, one with two single beds and a third one with bunk beds and access to a small balcony. All the bedrooms have wardrobes. There is also a second full bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The outside area includes a lovely communal pool and gardens and a path to get down to the beaches and the coastal path on the other side of the road.

Location
Grifeu beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Llançà area. It offers a wide range of services to visitors, and is also unique because it is the only beach with fine golden sand in this part of the Costa Brava.

From Grifeu you can join the coastal path which goes as far as El Port de la Selva, ideal for going on excursions with the family and exploring the hidden beauty spots of the Costa Brava.
