Your cozy getaway awaits on a private road in Livonia at this lovely home right on the lake. With 2 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, and a twin bunkbed, this property offers a comfortable stay for guests. Walking distance to nearby restaurants, cidery, brewery, public park and more. Grocery store within 1.5 miles. This home sits on a quiet, private road which makes it great for walks with your leashed dog. The lengthy dock can house your boat during your stay. Easy fishing and beautiful sunsets to enjoy with a glass of wine around the fire pit. With both a front and rear porch, you can enjoy your home-away-from-home for sunrises and sunsets.
This is a residential area, so no music after 9pm and dogs must be leashed. Comfortably accommodates four adults, and a bunkbed for kids. The couch can hold another adult.
Enjoy all that the Finger Lakes has to offer - Many wine publications consider the Finger Lakes vineyards to be the most important for wine production in the country! This home is a 30 minute drive to Rochester, home of the renowned Strong National Museum of Play, Rochester's fantastic Public Market, which is next door to 'Black Button Distilling' - a Farm Distillery and Tasting Room. It is also a one-hour drive to the Corning Museum of Glass, Del Lago Resort & Casino, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and so much more.
