I booked a twin room months in advance. I got a double (2 beds pushed together), I queried it with reception who informed me this is how all hotels do twin rooms- apparently!!! In fairness bedside tables part of the head board so the beds couldn’t be moved. I did ask about another room. So I wouldn’t book a twin bed there if that matters to you.
The room was clean, the towels nice and fresh. The bathroom was lovely, clean. The bar area was pleasant and drinks not too expensive. It was centrally located to convenient for the town.
Breakfast was good, with fruit juice, yoghurt, pastries and fresh breakfast menu cooked to order. Coffee was not the best in a jug, not fresh. But tea available.
I’d stay again definitely - but only if I don’t mind sharing the bed.
