Ian - I just want to tell you that you are awful at your job. I understand that you were "just doing your job" but being in customer service type jobs most of my life, you never treat customers the way you did. Rude, disrespectful, and outright awful.
As for the hotel itself, I have never been more let down then I was Saturday night.
My girlfriend and I booked a two guest room, expecting at least a queen bed and a bath tub, and after dealing with the above, we get put into a handicap room with only a twin sized bed no bath. To top it off, the room smelled like it was cleaned with bleach, and had been recently smoked in.
I called the front desk, and Ian let me know that that it wasn't his responsibility to help me and that I needed to call "third party" to figure out getting a different room.
I ended up just leaving the hotel and requesting a refund.
