Nice lakefront property.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a nice property with fenced yard and dock. Clean and spacious inside. Needs some TLC but overall we had a great time.

Great getaway

Stay was beautiful. Views of the lake were pristine all weekend. Home is stocked with yard games and indoor activities.

Great long weekend

We loved our long weekend at Blue Pointe. The highlight of the property was the lot and fenced portion of the back yard that our dog enjoyed immensely! The house had ample sleeping arrangements and areas where we could all gather comfortably for family fun.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Pointe! We had plenty of room in the house and our dog really enjoyed the fenced yard. Les was quick with his replies and very helpful. Thank you for a great stay :)

Perfect spot

Great location for enjoying the dock, swimming and boating. The property was well equipped and maintained. We enjoyed our time with our young kids and friends. We would definitely come back!

Great views

Really nice property. Great location and the house is beautiful. Nicely equipped with games, grill, and kayaks. Only issue was the shower drain not working properly in the master bathroom.

Plenty of room

The property is set up for a family with plenty of room. The fenced in area is for dogs (or kids) and is supplied with a doggie bag station. Views of the lake were beautiful. Dock just a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I’ve rented a lot of lake houses on Lake Gaston and this is one of my favorites. In a nice little cove but views of the main lake. Wonderful flat yard with a fenced in portion is very convenient for yard games and kids/dogs. You don’t have to walk down a ton of stairs to get to the doc. And the house is furnished with everything you’d expect and a bit more.

Family long weekend stay

It was a great family vacation. The house inside was nice. There is no private beach that was listed, but we enjoyed the dock. Loved the Kayaks. Need chairs because the four loungers pictures now down to one. All in all it was a great time.. would stay again.

Wonderful for a family trip!

My family had a wonderful stay here! The house had plenty of space and everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. We spent lots of time on the outdoor patio and on the dock by the water. It’s located in a great part of the cove where the sunsets views were amazing and you could also access the main part of the lake really easily. The fenced in backyard was such a unique addition to the house. Very pleased with the stay and would definitely book again. The owner was very responsive to all questions.

Beautiful Home

Every year for Christmas my husband and I find a house so our "out of state" kids and their families can spend the holidays together. This year we picked Blue Pointe in Littleton, NC. The house was perfect!!! The top level had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom where our 4 year old grandson loved sleeping on the bunk bed and was happy knowing mom and dad were in the next room.The main level was the perfect gathering place with open living,dining, kitchen and a master bedroom. We had so much fun playing games and putting puzzles together. The house was well stocked with games & puzzles. Downstairs was perfect with another family room, which we never used since we were mostly upstairs, and had a bedroom and bathroom which was perfect so the pup could go right outside to the fenced in yard. The views were beautiful and my grandson loved seeing people kayaking, and fishing from their boat. We enjoyed taking walks in the quiet neighborhood.Next year we hope our other son and his family can join us and we said Blue Pointe would be perfect for us!

Storm lost power and water

We lost power the first hour we were at the house due to a storm. We called the service and they said it was a wide spread outage. We stay for several hours until we realized we also didn’t have running water. We called the service to let them know that we would be leaving. We were never contacted to let us know when the power and water was working. Unfortunately, we did not get to make use of this nice house on the lake due to no power or running water. We were later told that they would not refund our money or let us come to another stay. This is totally unacceptable.

Les goes the extra mile!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Blue Point. There were 5 adults, 4 kids ages 2.5 to 8 years old plus our dog. The house was super clean, comfortable and had all the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed. Blue Point has amazing views, and we especially loved the fenced yard, enjoyed playing ping pong, making s'more's, swimming off the dock, using the provided kayaks, and time on the lake in a pontoon boat. For those with infants/toddlers, our baby monitor worked at the boat house, Huge plus during naps! Now for a few cons, the outside property could use some TLC and we noticed a few items in need of repair inside the home on day 1. We reported everything to Les on our first evening and he came out the next day. Les is friendly, responsive and a problem solver. His team fixed all of the interior repairs. On the exterior, the advertised beach was non existent, a main board on the dock with the ladder is popping up and my 8 year old got her foot wedged under the board. While the lack of beach was disappointing, the main concern was finding a temporary solution for the dock and Les definitely delivered! He had a team member bring heavy industrial mats and turf to cover the dock making it a safe and cushioned place to enter/exit the lake. Regarding the beach, Les and his crew worked tirelessly to cut back the water lily successfully clearing a path usable for launching kayaks but I wouldn’t swim in it. We had a great time in part thanks to Les for his attentiveness!

We found the property to have everything that we needed.

We found the property to have everything that we needed. Beautiful view! We like to sweep/vacuum daily when in a rental house since there are so many of us going in and out. We could only find a small broom in laundry room, so we called the office. Within 12 hours, a brand-new vacuum cleaner was dropped off to us.
