Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.
