The first room I checked in to had no tv, but they quickly got me moved to another room. The room was nice and clean. The hallways seem a little rough around the edges, but clean.

The Staff is amazing. Stayed for a full week and everyone is super friendly and courteous. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. It is very rundown. No vending machine and the "market" area is fully empty.

We just got to hotel off o long stay in the airport.... the bathroom was nasty the shower was full of dirt.....then the smoke alarms go off throughout the hotel, several minutes of this and the water sprinkles go off in the hotel.....now I am waiting for money to be put back on my card.

Past it's Prime.

Hotel needs some updates and there painting skills are lacking. Very little dealing with employees but some were very nice at the very limited breakfast offerings. The Hotel has past it's prime for sure but for a nite sleep during travel was fine.

It was in a part of town not much going on. Roo. Decor old, no real breakfast except a yogurt and muffin that was the same that they issue fir free lunch in schools.

Nice people, needs a little work.

Toilet was used and dirty when I arrived. I noticed the cleanliness could have been better. The staff was wonderfully friendly though. Thank you for a safe stay.:)

I am now embarrassed to tell family and friends i stayed there.it is completely (without exaggeration) unkempt. I will be absolutely in shock if this hotel is still open for business at the end of 2022.

Friendly staff - rest of hotel just ok.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Part of the TV didn’t work - it had lines in the top two inches that made it not be visible. Didn’t give us a warm and fuzzy feeling. No drink or ice machines. Prob would not stay at again.

Good: Motel’s proximity to Robinson Hall Bad: Property is very dated. Had a roach in the bathroom, light fixture in bathroom is broken, light fixture next to bed hanging because IT was broken and just overall nasty.

The place is located in the real convincing area, therefore, his place is trash small drugs at all the location the parking lots are Empty because a lock of Maintenance trash all parking lot and not security system I was expecting way better then the picture shows at the web definitely is not even one star hotel it’s a motel.

Terrible guest service, no one came to clean my room but once, and I didn’t receive any towels whole while I was there. Fortunately, I always travel with my own towels and personal items.

First room the door key didn't work, second room the tv was missing, third room had stains all over. Front desk was nice, area was definitely not a good area. Elevators need work.

It was so bad - the used soap is left in the bathtub, there was hair on the toilet seat, the carpet was so dirty that we were uncomfortable in taking off our shoes
