The rooms were nice. We couldn’t find ice anywhere. The breakfast could be more. I would think they could open more options. Also, we arrived about 2 hours before check in, no option to check in early. We were told no, and that was it.

No towels in room. Staff was not friendly to us. Really kind of blew us off. Washcloth had hair on it. Ceiling was peeling, shower head was rusty. I’ll never stay here again.

I was surprised at the conditions at this LaQuinta. We stay with chain all the time and never have issues. My first room was a disaster. Nothing worked. The carpet was stained and disgusting. No sir conditioning, no pillow cases, no,towels, keys would not work. The parking lot was strewn with garbage. I would not stay here again unless massive improvements were made. Staff was pleasant but seemed to be overwhelmed by the volume of issues going on. I wasn’t the only guest that had a problem with their room.

1. elevator are bitten up and scratched. 2. Room1113( our first room) had very bad smell and clerk gave us room 402. This room was not bad. 3. Next day your staff forced us to change room (some inspection issues). They gave us room 1227. That room is completely looks as a barn. It is not livable condition for humans. After our complains we got room 1200. Not perfect, but better. What do you think, isn't it too many relocations in two days? Total rate is 1.

Looked like someone was murdered in our room - carpet covered in stains. Everywhere was gross and dirty. Everywhere.

No issues. A lot of the bad reviews worried me but they were not true for my stay. No homeless people living in parking garage no issues with room or staff convenience of downtown location at reasonable price. Tracy at front desk was nice maintenance man was too, young man at front desk was nice also. No gym or full breakfast cause of COVID not their fault, would stay here again

The hotel's location offers a variety of well-known restaurant chains within walking distance. The staff offered me a room I requested for the purposes of my pet dog traveling with me. The staff was friendly and flexible.

I had to let the shower run for almost 10 minutes before the water got warm. I had to find the power cord to my tv as it was no longer plugged into the tv. The AC was set to High, not auto, yet it constantly turned on and off, never getting the room cold and made a terrible rattling noise every time it came on, walking us up.

Before I paid for the hotel, it said breakfast included.. there was no breakfast and that was very disappointing because that was why I booked it... front desk customer service was pleasant tho

The La Quinta Inn was just okay! The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. In my opinion, the downtown location although convenient to fast food shops, restaurants, etc., it is also an area to the homeless who approach you if you are standing in front of the inn which was not very safe. Later, I saw they placed security outside but by that time I was leaving.

Very dirty. Stains where everywhere. They lining was not clean the staff was not welcoming at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book with them they are less than a one...

The hotel is In a great location for walking around the city. Parking was free and the price was reasonable. The hotel is older but it looks like they are starting a renovation. The parking deck is convenient but old and not well maintained

We checked in, saw the room, and left. The hotel staff was friendly at the front desk, but that was the only good thing. I had never seen carpets more stained or dirty! The whole room looked so dirty and uninviting that we didn’t hesitate leaving without even fighting for a refund. Don’t stay here if you have an option.

i’ve stayed here many times the last few years and this time was the worst. my room didn’t get cleaned the 2 nights I stayed and I went and asked for towels that were never brought up to me. staff is friendly tho.

Beds had stains all over, property was trashy and smelled and fire alarm went off at 4am. Neighborhood was sketchy as well

Our room had pieces of ceiling peeling and falling off. The refrigerator had food from previous guests. Floor in the bathroom was filthy and the toilet seat was broken.

Thank you for your feedback sir. We apologize that the elevator had scratches. It has lots of wood and we do our best to maintain and stop the kids from scratching the inside. Your rooms carpet was recently cleaned by a professional but we can't get some of the stains out, so I do apologize. The suite we put you in is gorgeous and has two rooms and a full size fridge. We hope you enjoyed the upgrade and have an amazing week.
