Condo is located on the upper floor in a charming four unit complex perfect for home based work or an individual who likes lots of living space. Enjoy all major appliances, including washer/dryer, central air & heat. This unique living space boasts luxurious details, shiny hardwoods, custom paint, 10" high ceilings with crown molding and ceiling fans.

Unfortunately this neighborhood has been misrepresented for a long time now and seen by many locals as "unsafe". Meanwhile these same locals find themselves walking in and out of the best eateries and stores in Little Rock all weekend long (even with the pandemic). We live blocks away and love the community. If you want a boring suburban hideaway, this listing is not for you. If you want to be able to walk to get coffee or fresh and healthy foods or just to enjoy the architecture, you will love living here. Don't believe everything you hear.
