*Beautiful and bright 1 bedroom condo. *kitchen fully equipped

*dining area.

*Large bedroom with balcony

* Living room leads to another larger balcony. *Washer and dryer in the unit.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor & Indoor pool.

*Grilling area.

*Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included)

Condo could’ve been cleaned better, bedding horrible, mattresses need to be replaced a lot of broken items within such as outlets, chairs, lights, TV not working in bedroom, underneath bed falling apart! AC vents and fans loaded with dust and filth! Convenient location, good benefit was it was easily accessible to any area location you needed to get to & quiet.
Box spring all torn contents falling out
Fan left in bedroom to use full of dust!
Broken chairs on patio not useable
