Air conditioning sucked, beds where crappy, the only toiletries was a mini bar of soap, decent wifi, tiny bathroom. The only good thing was the friendly staff and the weird front desk/bar that for obvious reasons is always open. Far from cool places except ramiros restaurant. Do not suggest it

The Luxe is fairly close to the centre of Lisbon, yet is quiet, being located just a few streets away from the main activity. The room itself was decently sized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were accomodating.

The hotel is located not far from the historical center of the city. It's very quiet and the upper floors have an excellent view over the rooftops of the Lisbon. Small rooms but very clean. Good breakfast, very nice staff, especially Nadine (I hope, it's correct) from reception in the evening! Thank you!

When I booked our hotel I had asked to be on the highest floor to possibly get a view of the city.. instead we were placed two floors below the lobby. I had never seen a hotel like this. We had no view. The hotel room was tiny and lacked everything. It had a full size bed and a small cot which was so uncomfortable to sleep on. There were barely any hangers in the closet, no iron available and the wifi was horrible. To make matters were the front desk staff barely spoke any English or Spanish and were not helpful. We were practically ignored when trying to ask for recommendations. The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that it was in a safe area and the breakfast was good. Breakfast comes with a laxative.. interesting concept 🤔 And juice comes in a shot glass, while the cafe con leche is in a large mug.

Its not goood as it does look in picture . Customer service is poor and breakfast is horrible waste of money . Its only good for stay one day without breakfast and dinner . And its impossible find parking place near by. All room are no daylight(sun) dark room hard to see without light on during day as well . I really disappointed

Very clean hotel with reasonably sized rooms, although some can be a little dark due to shape. Although hotel seemed to have a lot of guests no noise could be heard from adjoining rooms. Air conditioning, as always, a little noisy. Room 104 has extractor unit outside window so a little noisy. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Pleasant breakfast room but could be crowded when hotel is full - good continental breakfast with plentiful supply. The hotel is situated a little out of the main centre of Lisbon but close to Metro, only a five minute ride to city centre.

My initial reaction was not the best, our double standard room had none of the basics one would expect.bathroom didn't have a lockable door and there was a lot of mould on the ceiling. There was a hairdryer but no soap rack in the shower so shampoo etc had to be put on the floor. There was a safe and an empty bar fridge but no tea and coffee making facilities. A small television on the wall only highlighted the dirty marks and long crack on the wall and there appeared to be dry under the bed. However the breakfast buffet compensated for this. I had read reviews stating the breakfast was basic but we found it more than adequate with salamis and meat, cheese, asstd bread and croissants plus cereal, preserves, yoghurt, cakes and frittata. The only downside would be that the coffeemaker met its maker halfway through but otherwise this breakfast was the Luxes redeemer. The hotel is close to the metro but a good 30 minute walk from the city centre and we got a taxi back as there were intimidating characters asking for money after nightfall on the walk back.we enjoyed our time in Lisbon but wouldn't stay here again.

Hi stayed at this hotel for 4 days good clean room shower was really good nice breakfast metro only about 5 mins restaurants near by staff very pleasant overall very nice stay would stay again when in Lisboa.

location is excellent, close to subway, personnel very helpful, room was clean and more modern than aspect it , very noisy street if window was open , breakfast average, in a small room for the amount of people eating, breakfast coffee not good quality

The hotel is near located to a metro station, what have a great connection in the whole city. The hotel was very clear and modern. Room was a little bit small, but enough for a short trip. Breakfast is not so plenty, but enough. Airport transfer worth it, its very cheap and prompt.
