Highland Heights farmhouse has heat and air conditioning. Please note that this summer our air conditioning units are window based. One in the living room, free standing unit and upstairs in each bedroom. There are overhead ceiling light fans in the living room, dining room and bedroom #3.

The property and surrounding area is a working rural environment with open land, farmland and natural hazards.
