4.5/5 - Great stay overall

This apartment is on the 4th floor (5th floor in the US) of a walking-only street, which wasn’t a knock against it for us. However, I couldn’t give it 5 stars because of the noise issues. The heater/AC unit is very loud while running and has a bright blue light that directly faces the bed. If we had warmer weather, this wouldn’t have been an issue but we did need heat. Then, in the mornings the street below is quite loud with various trucks. It actually was not loud at night. Otherwise, the place looks just like the photos and was very clean.

Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et surtout idéalement situé pour accéder à de nombreux restaurants, cafés, sites touristiques et transports. Communication parfaite, arrivée et départ en autonomie. On recommande vivement malgré quelques petits points qu’on oublie facilement tellement la localisation est top.Les quelques petits bémols seraient que le salon est minuscule et on ne peut guère l’exploiter en tant que salon. On doit obligatoirement passer par la grande chambre pour accéder au reste de l’appartement (un peu gênant pour l’intimité d’une chambre parentale).Le logement est au 4 eme sans ascenseur avec des escaliers raides et à marches très étroites donc attention si vous n’êtes pas sportifs. Le propriétaire avait bien prévenu, il y a des gros travaux de réhabilitation de l’immeuble en face donc beaucoup de bruit toute la journée en semaine (mais pas gênant si on est en vadrouille toute la journée.

Great location, best if you just Uber especially in Lisbon. Parking is across the street to where you have to cross with you luggage in a busy intersection. Other than that city and country is beautiful.

Perfect Location

This is a charming apartment in a great location. Step downstairs and you are in the middle of everything. Wonderful little restaurant downstairs was our favorite. Please note that the apartment is up 73 steep steps. The little balcony was great too.

Great location

We stayed in this quaint centrally located apartment for 5 nights. It had everything we needed and it was perfectly located for all of our daily sight seeing adventures in Lisbon. Two things to note: the balcony is pretty but extremely small and tight to sit out on. And the four flights of stairs were manageable but quite steep and narrow!

Not a host but a company and it tells

We liked the apartment but would not stay here again because the communication is awful. This isn’t a host, but a company and that’s why it doesn’t work. The only way to contact the “host” is through the VRBO app and they will not reply to you sooner than 24 hours. The hot water went out the night we arrived (Saturday night). I sent messages the following morning and didn’t receive a response until Monday morning and no one came out to fix it until Monday evening. Our stay was short and we left Tuesday morning for Porto. So we were showering in cold water for 2 days. Even after it was fixed, the water was still lukewarm. I felt like I was in an apartment with a bad landlord. We were encouraged to reach out for anything which really doesn’t mean anything because they don’t want to be reached. Location: The location was great, right in the middle of downtown with convenient transit, shops, restaurants, etc. Apartment: It was a small apartment but cute with a nice view outside. We enjoyed sitting on balcony and drinking coffee. The cleanliness could be better. The apartment is very lived in. The stairs to access the apartment are really tough and we’re a trio of young women. It also wasn’t very hospitable - no extra toilet paper and obviously you can’t reach the “host” for more. They provide an espresso maker but didn’t refill the containers of coffee pods and sugar was ripped open and sitting in the container. I would not stay here again.

City center location

Location was great, the reviews are right about the stairs, it’s a lot of them and narrow to carry luggage up and down. Place is small but doable for a short stay. Communication was easy with the property, building is a little loud walls seem thin being a older building. Was a little complicated with having a car, it was hard to drive to and you had to get the parking pass from the apartment before being able to park. Overall good experience though.

The location was amazing. The terrace is as good as it looks. The apartment itself was spotless - clean and comfortable (the apartment building itself is the only reason that I didn't give five stars to the overall cleanliness). And we really enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed place.

Positives: Sensational location. Noisy till late from restaurants below but we loved the atmosphere this created. Negatives: 4 flights of stairs to access apartment are very narrow and steep and for many people it would not be possible to climb them especially with heavy bags, kitchen was not really useful with limited cooking utensils, parking ticket did not work so had to call parking management to work out solution. Overall great location but basic accommodation.

A localização é ótima, porém não vi no anuncio que não existe elevador e que você tem que subir 4 andares de escada estreita. A comunicação com o administrador também é péssima, ele só responde o que quer e bem entende e na hora que quer, e a gente fica sem informações. inclusive pra entrar no apartamento não explicou a como funciona a fechadura e ficamos meia hora tentando contato para entrar. Teve um dia também que abriram nossa porta sem autorização e deixaram aberta.

Perfect location

This property is located in the perfect location if you want to explore the historic part of Lisbon. There are tons of restaurants and shops within a matter of feet. Tour companies and taxis pick up nearby. Apartment is well equipped including body wash and a hair dryer. The host was very responsive and we would return.

Ambiance and Comfort in the heart of the neighborhood

Rent this space if you want to be comfortable, well equipped and in the heart of the neighborhood. Loved the balcony, the bath and the extra daybed was super convenient to lay out our clothes.
