Excellent duplex apartment of 117 m² in the centre of Ericeira with a beautiful sea view, 2 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people.



On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV and sofas (one of them is a sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle, and a balcony with outdoor furniture.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with outdoor furniture.

Great location and nice apartment also for longer stays

Location is good, short walk to the village and to the beaches. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. The apartment has two large balconies with great sea views. It would be nice to have a couple of sunbeds at the upper balcony. Now there was only one hammock. There are two bedrooms in the apartment and in both there is one douple bed. For two kids it would be nicer to have two separate beds. We also noticed that the beds were not standard length but a bit shorter. Therefore the bed was a bit short for a 185 cm tall man.

A great apartment overlooking the sea

Spacious apartment for our small family, great terrace area for sunbathing and view of the sea. Joao was very helpful and responsive. The complementary extra cleaning service after 7 days was much appreciated as we stayed for 2 weeks. The other residents in the building were quiet and polite. The accommodation felt safe. The mattress and pillows in the first floor bed were not as comfortable as those in the bed on the ground floor (but that is purely my preference). The shower could do with a shelf for shower gel, shampoo etc. The shower position itself was too high as it cannot be lowered. These are only minor things and did not affect the rating given :-)

Long stay in Ericeira duplex apartment - September to December

Very nice apartment - spacious and excellent location. Great view over the ocean. Comfortable beds and living room. A few small things (only because I stayed there for so long!): - you couldsome of the cutlery, crockery and other kitchen equipment (the kitchen knives, for example) - it would be good to include a heater / thicker duvets for winter months (although there were lots of blankets) - the shower and bath could use a holder for the shower head That's all!
