Esta magnífica propiedad es un apartamento cuádruplex. En la primera planta hay dos habitaciones (una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales) y un baño con ducha. En el segundo piso, hay dos habitaciones más (una doble y dos individuales) con otro baño y ducha. El tercer piso tiene otra habitación con una cama doble, un baño con ducha y una cocina totalmente equipada y completamente nueva. El cuarto y último piso tiene una sala de estar con sofá, sillones y una gran terraza con la mejor vista del río Tajo y Alfama.

Una característica definitoria de este edificio es la luminosidad interior. Gracias a los grandes ventanales y los balcones de hierro que se utilizan en todo momento, hemos logrado que la luz brille en el apartamento desde cualquier ángulo en cualquier momento del día.

Se divide en 4 plantas con una escalera interior abierta que aporta un toque de modernidad al lugar. Las escaleras son grandes pero no empinadas, sin embargo, no son adecuadas para personas con restricciones de movilidad o niños pequeños.

Good location, was close to what we needed. house was very nicely appointed , kitchen was equipped with everything, we loved the small terrace with some great views it was perfect for sunrise & our nightly wine and cheese We had a small issue with some lights not working but Ana had an Electrician come and take care of it right away. Home had so many nice things about it. Beautiful furniture , nice artwork and poetic writings on the wall. Very historic area home has a lot of stairs but we managed nicely.

An Alfama Gem

In the heart of Alfama, this house was truly a gem. The location was excellent, giving us a real taste of the authenticity of a Lisbon neighborhood. Let me first say, I’ve never stayed at a more meticulously arranged and clean VRBO. The amenities were great and communication with Ana (owner) was seamless. The pastry shops were right downstairs, and there were many good restaurants for any meal. We were also in the midst of festivals, which were a blast! Thank you Ana for sharing your passion with us!

Beautiful Alfama Apartment

We stayed in this lovely apartment with our sons and significant others--seven adults in all. We had plenty of space and really enjoyed the sitting room and the terrace. The kitchen was also perfect for a family dinner. As advertised, the stairs are narrow and steep and would prove an obstacle for people with mobility issues, but we had no problems. We came to Lisbon for a family wedding, the festivities for which were in various places. We had no trouble going to the nearby square for Uber or Tuk Tuks. We prefer to walk and walking to most sights and public transportation in Lisbon was also easy. The apartment is across the street from a wonderful pasty and coffee shop, and we can recommend all three restaurants on the street (for dine in and take away). The neighborhood is busy, a little noisy, but very friendly. Ana and her sister were available, helpful, and incredibly accommodating for us. It was wonderful.

Amazing apartment in historic area of Lisbon

We had the most amazing stay at this apartment in Lisbon. The apartment was beautiful, we loved the rooftop patio. We could hear the Fado music up there each night while we relaxed with bottles of wine after dinner. Everything you need is there. Ana, our host was so thoughtful and communicated well. There was a little bit of a walk with our suitcases…about 3 minutes up hill as no cars are allowed on the street. So as long as you’re mobile, it’s not a problem. We actually enjoyed the authenticity! Stay here, you won’t regret it! Check in and check out process was super easy.

We Love Alfama!

We had an incredible stay at Ana’s property for our family vacation and wedding trip. Ana was the perfect host—extremely responsive, accommodating, and never once made us feel like a burden, no matter how many questions we asked. Before the trip, she was instrumental in helping us organize accommodations for 12 people so we could all stay together as a family. She was also very understanding when we needed to adjust payments with multiple credit cards. Her experience working with people and her kindness truly stood out. As for the house, it was gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh, soft, and high-quality. The towels were also great, and when we requested additional ones, they were delivered within 12 hours—impressive! The location in Alfama is both amazing and convenient, though the hills are steep, which is just part of the charm of the area. Our group, ranging in age from 30 to 74, managed the terrain just fine. Overall, our stay in Alfama was spectacular, and both Ana and her beautiful property are absolute gems. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Fabulous house for a weekend get-together

This is a fantastic house, located very centrally in Alfama. Five couples spent a long weekend here and we all had plenty of space. Good sized bedrooms and a lovely terrace at the top of the house. Ana was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect location

This location, in the Alfama area was a perfect spot. It was close to all the wonderful places to see, restaurants, the train, and Uber pickup spots. The apartment is beautiful and easily kept 6 pp very comfortable ( including the beds). It was clean and we appreciated the thoughtful touches of the coffee and the chilled wine in the fridge. The balcony on the roof was a wonderful place for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. We loved it.

Fabulous property in the heart of Alfama

This is magical property that is in the middle of the Alfama Fado district. It has a cozy rooftop terrace overlooking the Tagus river. The design is fanciful, white and gold with great bathrooms and living areas. Big kitchen with a table where everyone can connect, eat drink... whatever you desire. The beds are super comfortable with nice pillows and comforters. BUT IT'S ALL ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD! THE FADO IS EVERYWHERE! IT'S AUTHENTIC AND FUN!

Family visit

Great location. Easy to get around, close to transportation and places to eat and drink. Apartment was clean, well furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Having air conditioning and The washer/dryer was a great addition. My family thought the stairs were steep. Not for someone with mobility issues Had to be very careful going up and down the stairs especially with luggage.

The cleanliness and set up of this property was perfect for our family group of 10. Beds super comfortable. Kitchen well-appointed, small-ish living area but given the great location with authentic, yummy restaurants nearby, not spending much time watching TV. Ana provided an incredible easy check-in and was super communicative - and a bottle of wine! Highly recommend

Exquisite apartment in Alfama

This is a beautiful 5 story apartment in the Alfama district of Lisbon. The linens, furniture, glassware, decor, and views are exquisite! Hosts had a bottle of wine chilled for our arrival, many thanks!!! The sun porch/ rooftop terrace was our favorite gathering spot for coffee on the mornings and wine in the evenings. Be warned, it is a 5-8 minute hike up roughly a 45 degree inclined cobblestone streets from the Fado Museum drop off (closest transportation point). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay albeit nervous on the winding staircases within the 5 stories. Many delicious food options within close walking distance, including a very highly rated pastry shop directly across the way making breakfast very simple every day. Highly recommend if you have no mobility issues (but Lisbon is the city of 7 hills so this is normal here!).

Awesome stay in Alfama!

This property is perfectly located in the Alfama district near restaurants, shops, and beautiful sights to see. The apartment was clean and had enough bedrooms and amenities for all of us. Be prepared to climb stairs on five different levels. Not an issue for our young family, but could be for people with mobility challenges. Overall, a great stay!

Alfama Holiday

A lovely stay, a birthday celebration, a step back in time only begins to describe our holiday in Alfama. Every gilded accent, chandelier, and molding detail just as pictured but more beautiful in person. Breathtaking view over the city enjoyed with morning breakfast pastries from down the street to evening cocktails with the lit cityscape. Do not hesitate, book this lovely apartment, you will not regret. Obrigada Ana!
