Bel appartement spacieux mais bruyant car pas d'isolation phonique et donc des nuits difficiles entre les bruits de la rue et ceux des voisins.
Le matériel de cuisine demanderait à être étoffé : pas de couteau efficace, absence de tire-bouchon.....
