A éviter, même si bien situé
L’appartement semble parfait
Mais s’est avéré catastrophique :
- beaucoup de bruit de l’immeuble, accentué par de nombreuses locations : 3 appartements sur les 4 de notre palier par exemple.
- pas de pression d’eau, pas d’évacuation
- défauts : stores abîmés, tv HS, portes qui ne ferment pas, etc…
Expérience mauvaise également avec Lovelystay, qui malgré les preuves apportées refuse un geste commercial.
Ils ont bien envoyé un technicien (qu’on a attendu 1 jour, donc 1 jour de perdu !), mais face à ces problèmes structurels de maintenance (pression, évacuation…), il n’a évidemment pas pu faire grand chose.
Bref, nous avons regretté le choix de cet appartement.
