We only stayed for a few days as visiting now alive music festival. We would stay here again if doing the same trip. But it is quite a distance from the main centre of Lisbon. Breakfast was included in the price and was ok, the usual type of hotel breakfast. Staff were all friendly and the area was nice. Not sure i would class it as 4 star , parts of the room was looking tired. The one main complaint I have which i feel is important is the cockeral that lived near the hotel started calling at 4.30am and didn't stop all morning so we didn't get much sleep.

This is a nice hotel across the road from the monastery. The breakfast was very good with a large range. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the aircon broke and wasn't repaired during my stay. The hotel gave a 50% discount on the room rate. Which was great. I also had a balcony room so could open the doors overnight.

I stayed here for a stopover ... Very cool and funky small hotel. Clean and Quiet but close to train as well as all the landmarks in Belem. Easy to walk everywhere and an oasis from the bustle of Belem. I am looking forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the road. Good view of the Monastery. Double glazing kept the traffic noise to an acceptable minimum. Two wifi were available with good signal strength and speed. Twin beds pushed together. Breakfast was included. It was adequate.

Stayed one night, business. Quite small bedroom but with a nice toilet. HVAC out of service = too hot room. Nice employees. The nicest thing was the Breakfast that included the original pastéis de Belém :p

I stayed here for a work trip and it was in a great location. I had the afternoon free when I arrived and within walking distance was quite a few popular destinations. The hotel was clean and friendly however my room had very bad internet service. Lisbon is one of my favorite cities to visit.

We decided to stay in Belem and travel into Lisbon. The hotel is bigger than I first realized from the outside. It's very well located in Belem close to all the sights. The one issue we had was finding parking since there is no hotel parking. This is no small feat since parking is a premium. The hotel has a nice breakfast which we ate at during our stay. Some of lights in our room didn't work which wasn't a big problem. The rooms are a good size and comfortable.

It is a nice hotel, well located in Belém and very close to Los Jerónimos monastery. The room is wide, comfortable, and it is soundproof from other rooms ... But not to the exterior with lots of descending planes. The bed is superb making the quality of sleep excelent. The bathroom is quite normal, hot water quickly available but on the other hand, the bathtub can be difficult and tricky for elderly people because it is high to enter. The breakfast buffet has not a big choice to deal but food is great and the coffee too... In my room 315, wifi although available in all the hotel without a password, did not reach properly... Hotel staff very friendly and cooperative

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking to some restaurants and a few shops. There's not a lot of choices as compared to a bigger city, like Lisbon. It's across the street from the Jeronimos Monastery, which is quite beautiful. Depending on traffic, it was a 10-30 minute (4-10euro) uber ride to the Lisbon city center. The hotel itself is ok. Our room came with two twins (which I found to be the norm when requesting a king bed in Portugal & Spain). We did not get wifi in our room, which was problematic seeing as we were there for an IT convention. The wifi in the lobby was spotty at best. Apparently, the battery went dead in our door lock so I came back to our room to find it unlocked. It seems to me that a light or a buzz or something to let you know there's low battery would be helpful, also for the default to lock would make more sense. They came and fixed it right away, but again, we should have never had an unlocked room. We had a few other problems, like the shower head not staying on the handle so we had to hold the shower head with one hand while showering. Annoying, but not the end of the world. The mattresses were harder than we prefer or are used to. Overall the hotel is clean, it had a decent breakfast buffet and was located nicely for walking to a few places.

This modern small hotel is located on a quieter road off many city attractions. The bonus is it is very close to my favorite egg tart shop-Pastéis de Belém and they do deliver those to your room every day....OMG, love it! The lobby is inviting with modern design and the room is also very nice! Compact but sufficient. I love to go get my breakfast and extra egg tart on the mezzanine level's cafe. I also love the fact that I can walk around town and see so many things from this location around Av Brasilia.
