Friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgeable about the area and gave good suggestions for attractions, restaurants and bars. Good size room that had an awesome patio. Weight room, a pool. Cool place!
Hotel 3K Madrid saved the day! I mistakenly booked this hotel for the wrong night. I didn't discover the error until the morning AFTER, when I was supposed to be checking out. After a bit of conversation and pleas for help, Paula and her team at the front desk helped me out. Having traveled all over the world, I know that front-desk teams normally have their hands tied by their administration. I would like to thank Paula for contacting her admin team and making my case. I am really grateful, and I now have a favorite place to stay in Lisbon. While I was waiting for my situation to get sorted out, I heard Paula and her team skillfully handle a late checkout request. They really are adept at caring for customers!
Location was alright but I was very dissatisfied with their overall service. I booked for a room with 2 beds but I got 4 beds which was unnecessary and made the room like a hostel ... No wifi excess in my room I had to go to lobby to get it excessed. Very incovinenient
Nice hotel, clean and very nice for people who wants walk all day in Lisbon and go back to a nice and simple Hotel
Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast buffet
Rooms are very basic but clean. The hotel is a great value but certainly not a 4-star. I would rate it more as a 2.5 star since the amenities and the rooms are very simple. The hotel is clean and a short walk away from the Pombal Metro station on the Blue line.
Extremely friendly English speaking staff. Rooms were well beyond what I expected for the price. Would definitely book here again.
Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. Wifi was a little slow and trouble connecting. They only give you one password per room and only one device can connect at a time. It was about a 5 min walk to Marques de Pombal where the Metro and Bus stops are located. I would say it was about 15 min walk to the downtown area and walk is all down hill. Breakfast was good with eggs and traditional Portuguese meats and breads.
The room was a fair price for fair accomodations. Easy to get to from the airport by bus.
Habitaciones amplias y comodas. Precio accesible, desde el lobby puedes darte cuenta de la comodidad del hotel. Excelente opcion.
