Completely renovated in 2022, this fully equipped one-bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and full bathroom, will allow you to spend time with family or friends. You will love staying here, enjoying everything the village has to offer.



Walking through the picturesque Cascais; spending time on its beautiful and unique beaches; visiting its Fortress, Palaces and Museums; having outdoor dinners on the famous Yellow Street or enjoying the various shops, bars and restaurants of the Marina. Cascais has so much to offer that you will want to stay longer.



You can enjoy all of this without the need for a car, but note that the apartment is just five minutes away from transportation options that can take you to explore the charming historic village of Sintra or the beautiful city of Lisbon, as well as Guincho beach, the most famous beach in Cascais, part of the Sintra Natural Park. Regardless of the chosen mode of transportation, you will be conveniently close to the Cascais train station, bus stops, and taxi points.



Our apartment features a bedroom with twin bedsand wardrobe, an open-space living room with a sofa, a dining table, and a television. Enjoy the balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for immersing yourself in the picturesque environment, or cook a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to cable TV and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.



Nestled in a friendly and welcoming neighborhood, you will find yourself in the midst of all the action, with numerous restaurants and bars just a few meters away.



We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be adapted to their wishes or requests. Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services, such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, tourist tour organization, among others.

Important:

Late check-in (after 8 PM - €30; after 10 PM - €50)

Early check-in (between 10:30 AM and 12 PM - €50; between 12 PM and 3 PM - €30)

Late check-out (after 12pm – 30€; after 3pm – 50€; after 5pm – current night rate)

Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the announced final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning using our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



In stays equal to or longer than 28 days, water, electricity, and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.



Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Cascais. This tax is imposed by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the accommodation cost. The tax is 4 Euros per night, per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax.



If pets are authorized, guests will be not only responsible for complying with existing condominium rules, but also for the good state of conservation of the property, for damages caused by pets during the entire stay (for example damages/destruction of furniture, carpets, clothes; urine or feces odors, scratches/damage to wood and paintings, etc).
