Elegant and thoughtfully designed, this charming 55m² apartment offers a comfortable retreat in the heart of Lisbon's vibrant Bairro Alto, just moments from the city's top attractions. Situated on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs, the property combines style and convenience to ensure a delightful stay. As it is located in the lively Bairro Alto district, guests should expect some street noise, especially at night, as part of the area's dynamic atmosphere.

The inviting living area features a plush sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your entertainment, and a dining table that comfortably seats four. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave, along with essential cookware and cutlery.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a dishwasher to simplify post-meal cleanup, as well as a washer and drying rack to accommodate your laundry needs.

The first bedroom is fitted with a luxurious queen-size bed, while the second offers a cozy double bed. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens and ample storage space for your belongings.

The modern bathroom is stocked with all the essential amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a refreshing and hassle-free experience.

The property is situated in Lisbon's vibrant Bairro Alto district, renowned for its lively nightlife, historic charm, diverse cultural attractions, and eclectic mix of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Originally established in the 1500s, Bairro Alto has evolved into a vibrant area known for its bohemian atmosphere, which has attracted artists, writers, and musicians over the centuries.

During the day, the area maintains a tranquil ambience, with locals frequenting the eclectic mix of shops, boutiques, and cafés. As evening descends, Bairro Alto transforms into one of Lisbon's most lively nightlife spots, with numerous bars, fado houses, and restaurants opening their doors to locals and tourists.

The area is home to several cultural and historical sites. A short walk away, Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara offers breathtaking panoramic views over Lisbon, making it a perfect spot to appreciate the city's beauty. Nearby, the Elevador da Glória provides a unique transportation experience, taking visitors up and down the steep streets of the area. The São Roque Museum showcases sacred art and is a must-visit for those interested in history and culture. The historic convent of the Convento de São Pedro de Alcântara adds to the neighbourhood's rich heritage.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Baixa-Chiado, is just a 5-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
