It also has a washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and an excellent balcony equipped with outdoor furniture.This accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from the centre of Ericeira; 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes on foot from S. Julião Beach and 4 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot from restaurants and mini market.Note: We would like to inform you that, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a lodging tax in all AL properties.
