The posting for this rental is misleading. Communication starts out fine then, nothing. We asked if there was parking, no response to the question. We had to park at least a half mile away and drag our luggage down narrow cobblestone paths that gps does not calculate well in this area. Once we finally arrived at the rental, we were told the lockbox combo and were sent a link of a “suprise” of how to use the key in the lockbox. Well the link did not work, but we figured out how the key worked and got inside. Inside the place looked clean and cozy is accurate. The bathroom is extremely small with no counter space. The next issue was the tv that is actually a computer monitor that is set up to stream. The tv was unplugged and when we plugged it in it came on but you could not turn it off, lightbulb moment, that is why it was unplugged. Next issue the WiFi, we were provided a network name and password in an email, well that did not work. We contacted Maria and she assured us that the WiFi worked as well as the monitor. She advised us to reboot the router and put new batteries in the remote, nope that did not work. After over an hour of communication with her trying to get on the WiFi, we notice on the bottom of the router a different network. She had given us the wrong information in the email. Then even after getting the WiFi connected the tv “monitor “ would not work. At this point we were totally frustrated and wasted vacation time with all the misinformation.
