Place was as described and decent location, with shops 5 min walk away. About 20 mins drive from Bairro Alto or from Caxias beach the other way. Transport links were good, would have to get a bus before a train but they came frequently and on schedule. Neighbours were nice. 4 star overall as my main issue was the extractor in the bathroom was extremely loud, my music struggled to compete on full volume. Especially given that the only mirror was in the bathroom. Apart from that, bits here and there were not entirely clean. I felt I had to ensure I reached out to the host to ensure the check in process was smooth, but check out was standard.
