Fun Family Ski House

Loved our time here- second stay! Plenty of space for everyone. Free shuttle bus is helpful. We did have to get kids to ski school so we needed to drive due to the timing. Would have been nice to be able to go direct instead of going back out to the main road and into traffic, but the gate in the neighborhood is closed.

Fabulous family fun New Year’s stay

This place does not disappoint! When we walked into this amazing house, we were just wowed. It was spacious and comfortable for our blended family including adult children, spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, and a 2-year-old grandchild. Everyone had their own bedroom. The party room was so much fun, especially on New Year’s Eve. The ski storage area was amazing with plenty of ski cubbies for everyone! While it wasn’t ski in/ski out, the house is incredibly convenient for getting to and from South Peak. The only drawback was the limited dishes and utensils in the kitchen. There were very few serving dishes making it tough for big dinners with all of us. And only one wine glass in the entire house! Overall it was amazing and we hope to stay there again!

Stunning and cozy getaway

We were BLOWN AWAY by this property! We stayed there with our wedding party. Highlights included the easy-to-use hot tub, cozy couch, sound system, and heated bathroom floors. I would absolutely stay here again! The host was very responsive and kind. The previous guests had left some trash bags in the garage, but the host came promptly to clear the space, so this wasn’t really an issue. This house created a magical space for us. Thank you!!!

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the property. The place and neighborhood were beautiful and the space was larger than appeared in the pictures. It was great sitting by the hottub and around the firepit and glistening to the sound of the river. We left talking enthusiastically about coming again. The host was responsive and great about helping us with what we needed.

Weekend Trip

We had a great time. I love this area of NH as there’s so much to do and it’s very scenic. The house was great. Roomy and great for a group. We definitely don’t know how to play shuffleboard but we gave it our best attempt. The only issue was had was Sunday morning. The water completely shut off to the house. We contacted the host and it seems there’s an automatic shutoff valve that had tripped overnight. They were able to walk me through getting this back online but it was a pretty rough morning overall. We were planning on having the day in the area again but as nobody was able to shower in the group, we all headed home early.

Wonderful house and location

This house was everything we wanted it to be. Spacious, modern, comfortable, luxurious and conveniently located. The two downstairs bedrooms are true primary suites, each bathroom had heated floors, as does the main foyer tile entrance from the garage to the house. Beds are very comfortable. The house had items you often forget to take, such as salt pepper olive oil vinegar, spices, coffee pods, detergent, Q-tips, hair ties etc., We arrived to town early and I messaged the owner asking if we could possibly get into the house sooner, she immediately responded and said no problem and gave me the code. Other than that, I didn’t need to communicate with her as everything we needed was already well explained and easy to find.

Fall getaway

The beds were comfy, and the bathroom showers were awesome the area around the kitchen was perfect for dinner and gaming. Kitchen only had one large pot, which was a challenge. The second floor area is still under construction, tvs hung but not connected to power. Enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit, looking at the stars

Great for a large gathering

Beautiful house and drivable to town (for meals, etc). House sleeps lots of people and is nicely decorated. Only downside was there wasn't much sound insulation within the house. Would also recommend packing additional outside chairs depending on your group size.

Girls Weekend

Property was very spacious and clean. Conveniently located to what we were interested in. We were a party of 14 women and some amenities listed were lacking such as paper towels and toilet paper, which we had to go out and buy.. and not enough coffee cups for 14. Other than that, the property was very nice and I would highly recommend it
