Best location in town! Experience the charm of Limoges in this beautifully renovated 75m² apartment, with modern design and high-quality furnishings. Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem (including an en-suite) offers total comfort in an excellent location.
High-speed internet connection, 3 TVs (one TV in each room), Nespresso machine, equipped kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine and iron.
🏠 Check-In Details
Online check-in is required, like in the hotels. After the reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email from our system called "Chekin," where you can submit your IDs and pay the security deposit of €500.
The entry codes will be released only after the check-in is completed, and the deposit paid. If you refuse to complete the check-in, your reservation will be cancelled, without any refund.

MAIN HOUSE RULES:
1) Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 8:00
2) Parties are not allowed (at any time of the day).
3) Smoking is not permitted inside the property, only on the balcony
4) The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. Please do not invite people into the apartment that are not registered for your stay. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 65 eur fee/ night.
5) No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property
6) Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. In case of any damage or issue, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it right away.
7) Pets are not allowed at any time on the property
8) If the complete Check-In is not received 24 hours before the check-in time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, without any refund. By complete check in we understand that the identity cards/ passports of all travellers have been submitted, and the credit card has been provided on file.

A 200eur penalty will be charge for breaking each one of the house rules listed above.

Ferienwohnung mitten im Stadtzentrum. Sehr gut ausgestattet, parken im Parkhaus unmittelbar nebenan möglich. Selbst-Check-In hat einwandfrei geklappt und die Conciergerie ist sehr aufmerksam und zuverlässig.
