Amazing location. Great for walking to the board walk. Didn't feel unsafe at all and easy access to buses to go downtown. Airport pickup was easy and they got us a cab back to the airport. On checkout, they charged me $30 USD extra though which is annoying so just be aware you may not get the price quoted.

In the afternoon the room was extremely noise as some noisy room was above (probably the kitchen on the last floor). During the night some noisy ventilator (outside) or other engine made the room so loud, was impossible to sleep. Asked next morning that I would pay only the half, but the hotel did not care at all, maximum arrogance.

Great location in Miraflores. We walked everywhere. Friendly and very helpful staff....who stored our luggage for a red-eye flight back home while we toured Lima. The breakfast was amazing! The best we had on a 2 week trip to Peru.

The hotel is right around the corner from the Kennedy square or Kennedy park, a busy and lively part of the area. There are a lot of restaurants, bar, shops within walking distance. The location is great! The hotel has 2 restaurants onsite if you don't want to walk. One is a Peruvian restaurant on the 8th floor, and a Sushi restaurant on the 1st floor. In the sub level, there is a gym and business center where you can access internet and print. The hotel has limited free parking in the basement. The hotel is in good shape. The room is a little on the small side compared to hotels in the U.S., but it is similar to other hotels in the South America countries. The bathroom is large though. The breakfast is the highlight for me. It is a buffet with both hot and cold items. There is also a chef making fresh omelet to order. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. There were different hot items for each day which seemed to be amazing to me. It also speaks a lot for the greatness of Peruvian food. There is also fresh fruits and juice everyday. The breakfast is on the 8th floor so you can overlook the city as you enjoy the food. The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help with any requests. Most of them can speak some English so understanding wasn't an issue. The only complaint I can pick on is the wireless internet. It works; however, it is slow most of the time when I was there. It is pretty much only good for emails or messaging, trying to watch an online video or movie would usually end up in frustration. The hotel feels safe. There is a doorman or manager at the front door and the entrance through the garage in basement all the time to help screen the people coming in the hotel. There is also a safe in the room for your valuables.

I should start we the positive: the rooms are big and clean, the bathroom as well. The breakfast is huge. The bellboy, and cleaning staff were really nice. The bad: - the front desk was rude and pretentious. We never got a single smile. - We only stayed one night here, and we had to leave early in the morning. So we were in the breakfast room exactly when they opened it. We were greeted by "You came too early, not everything is early" (no smile, just a plain and dry tone, before this we just said cheerfully "good morning!"). She saw me trying to get juice, and repeated it was too early and that it wasn't ready. When it was, she put it in the buffet, and didn't even notify us. We were her single customers btw. - I asked for a call to book a cab. And the lady in the front desk called her manager, who came personally to tell me that if I spoke for more than 2 mins he would charge me that call...? Yes, this is normal but the tone, and the way of saying things was just horrible. - There is a disco/bar behind the hotel, and they put music really really loud, until really late... - The "welcome box" was empty. I wanted to quickly shine my shoes, but the box was empty... I notified the front desk lady at the checkout (after paying), she laughed at me and shrug her shoulders !!! - Also during checkout: we were accused to have taken some pringels. The lady insisted we did (apparently someone got to our room to check the mini fridge). We had to insist that she ask the other person to check again, and ofc they found it ! In short

We stayed one night here and thought it was superb. Nice clean rooms, not the best of views but to be expected. Hairdryer and safe supplied as well as English/USA & South American sockets. Mini bar but no tea/coffee making facilities. Computer and printer available in basement for printing out boarding passes etc. Beautiful breakfast, eggs cooked to taste. Air con in room and bath/toiletries.This was the Best breakfast we have had in the last 12 days since being in Peru. Highly recommended.

Don't waste your money and time here. Terrible hotel and customer service. I don't even know how they can call themselves a 4-star hotel. On our second night we decided to watch some TV, and to our disappointment it was not working. We called the reception to have it fixed, and they send a service guy who couldn't fix it, so they offered to move us to another room. So far so good, except that in the second room the A/C is busted (we spent about 2 hours there with the A/C set to maximum, and the room temperature barely changed), and worst part was the bed, which felt more like a series of speed bumps than a regular matress. Really bad and uncomfortable. Time to call the reception once again, but wait, the phone beside the bed isn't working also. So off to the bathroom phone to call them. They offered to switch to a new room, which would be our third one, but ok, s* happens. Couple of minutes later they called, and informed us they don't have anything else available, so they need us to go back to our original room, and that it's "ok now, the TV is fixed". So luggage hauling again back to the room. Quite a 'relaxing Saturday night', lot's of packing/unpacking action for us. If they could fix the TV that fast, why not offer us that option in the first place? We could've gone for a drink or a walk instead of hurrying up to pack everything. Luckyly for us we didn't unpack much in the 2nd room, as we thankfully have only one more night in this place. Anyway, the hotel itself is not in great shape, the hot water in the shower changes to cold by itself during the shower. It's way overpriced at USD $100. 100 soles perhaps, but even that feels too much given some of the other hotels we stayed here in Peru. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one, there are lots of better options nearby.

It's the third time we have. It's extremely clean & comfortable. Very helpful staff, great food, & fair prices. What more could you ask? For my wife and I. And breakfast on the 8th floor overlooking Kennedy Park was a nice addition. An overall great experience!

convenient, nice and safety location, very comfortable rooms and beds, helpful staff, very good breakfast, new building and facilities, so everything is very good for comfortable stay in Lima for several days and more, reasonable price, good wifi, very clean

i really like the room they gave me, it was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. I recommend it. I am from Peru and i would go back there if I have to. The bathroom and the bed were very confortable.
