Entspannung und Erholung mit einigen Mängel

Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Chalet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief einwandfrei und es war alles vorhanden, was angegeben wurde. Das Chalet ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was weiterhin nicht schlimm wäre. Allerdings sind die Bretter auf der Terrasse teilweise lose, sodass man aufpassen muss, nicht zu stolpern. Für Kleinkinder völlig ungeeignet und gefährlich. Der Whirlpool ist herrlich, allerdings funktionierte nur Strudelstufe 1. Bettwäsche/ Handtücher kosten extra. Leider hatten diese teilweise Flecken. Für 15 Euro das Set pro Person einfach zu teuer. Den Müll muss man am Ende des Aufenthaltes selbst entsorgen. Bei diesem Preis sollte die Entsorgung meiner Meinung nach mit inbegriffen sein. Alles in allem ein schönes Chalet in einer wunderbaren Lage. Für den hohen Preis allerdings zu viele Mängel, sodass Preis/ Leistung meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr stimmen.

problème de logement, communication avec le propriétaire

Des notre arrivée nous avons constaté un nombre important de guêpes. Le service de conciergerie a fait intervenir une équipe constant les guêpes ( entre 20 et 30 par jours ). Ils ont même eu la franchise de nous dire que nous étions courageux de vivre comme ca... Ils ont également découvert un nid de frelon qu'ils ont traité le jour même. Mais le service de conciergerie n'a pas su nous dire si les guêpes avaient été traité en même temps. Ils nous ont dit d'attendre quelques jours pour être sur. Résultats, nous avons eu des guêpes tous le séjour… Avec des enfants très jeunes ( 7 et 4 ans) qui ne voulaient plus rentrer dans le logement par peur de se faire piquer, le séjour a été compliqué... Nous ne pouvions plus manger a l'intérieur ni a l'extérieur. Nous avons contacté le service de conciergerie qui nous a indiqué que nous aurions une compensation financière, mais bizarrement une fois le séjour terminé. Plus de nouvelles... Cela sans compter un lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas, des poêles et casseroles tellement abimées qu'une seule était utilisable. Et des planches de la terrasse complètement cassées. Par ailleurs les photos ne le montre pas, mais le jacuzzi donne directement sur la route. Bref notre séjour n'a pas vraiment été agréable et le propriétaire n'a rien fait malgré nos demandes. Un logement a éviter...

1 semaine entre amis et en famille dans un magnifique chalet typique en rondins. Équipements au top, literie impeccable. Magnifique terrasse dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter beaucoup vu la météo 😅

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Gegend

Wir hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche in Liézey, dieses wunderbare Chalet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es wurde bereits alles dazu geschrieben. Wer mit kleinen Kindern reist sollte wissen, dass die Straße direkt am Haus mitunter recht zügig befahren wird. Sobald die Terrasse saniert wäre (leider noch immer marode Unterkonstruktion mit vielfältiger Verletzungsgefahr durch hochstehende Schrauben), würden wir sofort gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

Très beau chalet. Avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille

Avons loué le chalet "Serenity" : Très beau chalet en style canadien, bien équipé et très bonne literie. Personnel de gérance très gentil et toujours disponible si petit problème technique. Il faudrait cependant que le plancher de la terrasse soit réparé au plus vite car certaines planches ne sont plus maintenues par les visses. Certaines de ces visses ressortent d'ailleurs du plancher ce qui pourrait amener un occupant à se blesser au pied. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de l'endroit et le recommandons. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans le chalet, qui est tout confort et cosi. Literie bonne, chalet propre et lumineux. Vaisselle très belle et en quantité suffisante. Jaccuzi parfait. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et suffisamment de place pour tout le monde.

Magnifique chalet en bois tout confort, jacuzzi est un réel atout et les jeux dehors pour les enfants sont un petit plus non négligeable Dépaysement assuré dans ce coin de nature, vue sur la forêt et proche de Gérardmer. Je recommande à 100%

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sauber und sehr schön dekoriert. Die Zimmer sind alle ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Jacuzzi ist wirklich toll mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man benötigt ein Auto aber dass wussten wir ja. Schade war dass die Agentur und auch die Frau die die Übergabe gemacht hat leider kaum Englisch konnte und so die Kommunikation sehr schwierig war, auch die Beschreibungen im Haus z. B. zum Müll waren sehr unverständlich bzw. nicht ausreichend. was auch etwas schade war dass wir erst später anreisen konnten wie eigentlich im Angebot angegeben war.

Le chalet est vraiment agréable. La décoration est soignée . Cependant, nous sommes arrivés à 19h le spa affichait 26 degrés donc impossible d en profiter avant le lendemain. Il faisait 18 degrés dans le chalet .... pas très chaleureux comme accueil . Et 8 coupures d électricité dans la soirée .

Bonjour, Le chalet "Serenity" est très confortable. Les équipements sont récents. L'accueil est très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cheminée (bois fourni) et le jacuzzi. Le chalet est bien placé pour faire des promenades sans utiliser la voiture. Les nuits sont particuliérement tranquilles et la literie excellente. La réception internet (Wifi) était étonnement bonne. Nous recommandons vivement ce charmant chalet. Pascal

Ein Hauch von Kanada in den Vosgesen

Schönes, großzügiges Blockhaus mit hochwertiger und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Ruhige, abgelegene Lage mitten in der Natur - wohlfühlen und entspannen leicht gemacht! Zimmer/Aufenthaltsräumlichkeiten sehr geräumig. Einzige Kritik - es gibt keine Kleiderschränke in den Zimmern sondern lediglich eine geräumige Truhe.

A very pleasant stay

We stayed with a familiy of six during the summer holidays. We were welcomed very friendly by our host Catherine. The cottage was well equipped for our large party; it was very comfortable and spacious. Also the terrace was very nice during the warm weather and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view; especially the lunar eclipse. Finally, the Vosges allow for a nice change of scenery with its mountains and lakes. I would recommend staying at this lovely cottage.
