The burning hot water in the bathroom faucet (the only source of water besides the shower) was unusable and dangerously scalding). They tried and failed to fix it. The maintenance person said it is unfixable and has been a problem for a long time). The shower was also broken out first day, but he somewhat successfully fixed that, though he couldn’t offer a shower with pressure (it was enough to wash the kids, but not the hair). Hotel food exorbitant and not very good (a 4/10 for taste). We ate every meal out after paying $90 for a breakfast for 2 babies and 2 adults and over $100 for dinner). Pool cold. Plus: there’s a washer and dryer.

The AC and heater were broken: it was either freezing or hot as hell. I had to continuously adjust the temperature throughout the night. The curtains didn't have room darkening, so it was very bright for sleeping. No drinking water provided. The restaurant food quality was poor and expensive. No bellman to help with luggage. The room was kind of run down.

The 24 hour shuttle is not 24 hours. They allow it to be overbooked and inconsistent. If you are staying there to catch a morning flight plan on other transportation. The check in was 3 and our room was still not ready

Short of Staff, we arrived an hour before the checking and our room was not ready. The staff was trying really hard and was working under pressure. I can tell as I also work in hotels. The age t at front desk told us the check-in is not until 3:00 Pm. We came back at 3:30 Pm and there was a huge line up for check-in. We stood in line for almost 2 hours. The agents were under pressure and slow. Short of staff. The agent should have checked us in earlier to save our time and their and when the room was ready they should have just given us the room keys when its ready and should have asked to store the Luggage. They did not even offer any compensation or sorry. It seemed like the entire hotel was under staffed. There was only one bartender who did his absolutely amazing job to serve us. Being a Hilton property the service standards we not met. Additionally, the hotel advertised 24 hour shuttle service to airport making it a gem find in the area. However, that is not true. When I went to the front to they said the first shuttle is at 5:00 Am and the last one is 8:00 PM. Please do not advertise false information. When I enquired about the shuttle no one told I have to book it in advance. I got to know from a fellow guest that you have to reserve your sport. By that time we missed first shuttle spot and end up booking the later one. We just had 2 hours before our international flight to do check-in and security which is very tight. Luckily the airport was not busy.

We booked an "accessible" room in September and confirmed and paid for this room. When we arrived we were told that room was not available & they gave us a room next to the pool. It was New Years Eve and they had a very loud party outside by the pool. We had been traveling since 3 am. and were hoping to get some sleep. It was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. It began to slow down by around 10:30 but continued until sometime in the morning. After putting my earphones in with Music & THEN covering that with earmuffs (I had traveled from 10 degree weather in CT) I was able to fall asleep but noise would continue to wake me every couple of hours until around 2:00 am. So Not Good. Also at dinner the main course was excellent, but dessert - brownies took 1/2 hour to arrive & were burnt black - not edible. They did not even take the cost of the brownies off our bill. We left a tip because we did not want to ruin New Years Eve for the waitress but truthfully it was the worst STAY EVER!

The staff are super friendly, the hotel and rooms were very clean. Free shuttle to and from airport which was great. Overall it was quiet however my last night there from 6-10 pm they were hosting a party with a DJ and karaoke. Needless to say it was incredibly loud where my room was located making it hard to relax and get to sleep. I also don’t like that the windows don’t open.

The breakfast was $35.00 US so very expensive. The food is ok. I had to wait for 45 minutes for my check in so it was awful. Somebody told me that it was the same thing the day after so I don’t know if it’s always like this. They should put more people when it’s ‘check in’ time. I am never going to come back

The air conditioning in the room worked intermittently all night. We had periods when the room was very hot and then it would be freezing. Pillows were mediocre. Bed was fine. Huge line ups at the desk at check in. Took an hour to check in. Rude servers at the restaurant who didn’t want to give us our complementary Gold Member drinks. Booked a bus to the airport for four of us and when we arrived they said we wouldn’t fit and they could only take two of us.
