We’ve been coming to The Barn at Deva’s Farm for years, and it continues to be just as perfect every single time. The setting is absolutely beautiful—quiet, tranquil, and surrounded by peaceful countryside. It’s truly a place where you can unwind and feel completely at ease.The home is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished, with so many little touches that make a big difference. Everything you could possibly need is there—coffee, paper products, condiments, a fully stocked kitchen, even campfire wood and dog supplies if you’re bringing your four-legged family members. It makes settling in effortless.The welcome information is incredibly comprehensive and helpful, and the check-in and check-out instructions are always super clear. Communication with the owner is excellent—Gwen is responsive, kind, and genuinely cares about her guests. She even went above and beyond to mail us an item we accidentally left behind, which we truly appreciated.We also loved using the gas grill—it was clean and in perfect working order, which isn’t always the case with rentals and definitely worth noting! During our stay, we took a day trip to nearby Paris, KY for shopping, antiques, coffee, and bourbon, which made for such a fun outing.The Barn at Deva’s Farm is one of those rare places that consistently exceeds expectations. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The description was on point! This was the perfect spot for my daughter and me to have a stay-cation for her UKY spring break while she tended to her horse!In all of my stays this place had EVERYTHING and when I needed just 1 egg Gwen provided that! Best kitchen with easy to find cooking/baking supplies... even had seasonings for my lasagna!My daughter loved the comfy living room furniture and ample TV entertainment options!The beds and showers were divine! Seriously, makes me want a sleep number bed at home!We had everything we needed for glorious firepit and s'mores while watching the most amazing sunset!The sunrises were amazing as well! Gwen welcomed my daughter who arrived before me and responded quickly to all our questions/needs! She even helped us finding a great place for a massage!I highly recommend Deva's Farm for a relaxing bluegrass getaway!

Our stay at Deva's Farm was excellent ... Gwen was VERY welcoming, warm & gracious ... Definitely WILL stay again should the need arise.The Barn is modern in style and everything was in good repair and working as it should ... We are an older couple (60's) with our mini schnauzer and it fit or wants & needs very nicely ... The TV had an array of programming fully available at no extra charge - which was a saver since the weather during our stay wasn't too hospitable.THANK YOU for the hospitality!

Great Stay!

We stayed for the weekend for Breyerfest. I had teenage girls with me. The host checked in on us and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The property had everything we could think of! We plan to stay against next year. Great place to stay!

We loved staying at the barn. Everything was just perfect for us - lacking nothing. Gwen is a spectacular host and thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The place is just stunning. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us who just absolutely loved taking morning and evening walks around the property. This was even better than we hoped it would be. We'd definitely stay here again and hope to soon!

I got married at the farm next door and it was the perfect place to get ready and then have my wedding night after. Check in was super easy. She gave plenty of instruction for check in and check out plus a personal number for any questions. Plenty of space and had so many upgraded appliances but manuals to explain everything!

The barn was just perfect for our girls weekend getaway. Sunrises on the patio with coffee, sunsets around the fire pit with wine. This place is great for some solitude without having to drive hours away to find it. And if you’re not looking for solitude, entertainment options are not far away. The owner, Gwen, provides you with everything you would think you’d need. She’s got it all covered to make you feel right at home. Her hospitality can be felt in even the smallest details and her communication was impeccable. This was our 2nd stay here and we’d love to go back!

Bucket list trip

This was a very special trip for us and our stay at the farm could not have gone any better! Gwen was great about communication and so accommodating to a couple of special requests we had. She has thought of literally EVERYTHING and then some. Though this time it was just us two, it would be a blast for 2 couples or a family too. There were a ton of activities to do and everything was so comfortable. The appliances were first class and we enjoyed the nice upgrades while we were there. Everything was spotless and I totally enjoyed watching the cows (I think I need a little one). We even saw a shooting star! Location is very close to many beautiful and fun things to see and do. As soon as we get dates for the event we attended we plan to book for next year. Thank you for sharing your heavenly property with us!

Another great stay at Deva’s Farm. Great hospitality, property manager checks in to make sure everything is in order. Very great attention to detail, everything you need in one spot. If you are traveling with pets, they have everything you need. We have stayed here multiple times, and this is our favorite place to stay. We can’t wait to make another trip!

Family stay for wedding

Our whole family loved staying at the barn for a wedding in the area. The property is beautiful and the barn is immaculate and has everything you would need. Plenty of space for the kids to play outside. Gwen and her husband Mark were always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. They were welcoming and made us feel at home.
