This hotel could do with some cleaning. The carpets in the corridors were stained and the room had a musty odor.

This was a terrible experience. They charged my card 3 times. The rooms are terribly disgusting. There are lots of people just loitering around the parking lot. It makes you feel incredible unsafe.

The hotel had a nice lobby and decent breakfast option. Our refrigerator didn't didn't work, and the bathroom door wouldn't latch. There were padlocks on the gates and doors of pools, it was unclear which ones were accessible and which ones were locked until you were real close. The indoor pool was to be desired, Also when leaving the pool, it was hard to figure out which doors we could go into from outside. The room was however very clean and the air conditioner worked fantastic.

The pool area had garbage in it and was dirty and not kept up well at all. My little girl was all excited to go swimming and when we got there she didn't even want to go because was very unkept which was saying a lot. The room key didn't work so I had to go down to the front desk three times before being able to get into my room one night which was very frustrating. Then, when we first checked in, the window in our room was opened I'm missing a lock. They fixed it promptly which was good but didn't give me a very good feeling about the place from the start.

Breakfast was limited, most things were taken. Rooms looked nice. Bathtub didn't drain. Hallways outdated.

Staff was so friendly and nice. Tiffany who checked us in couldn’t do enough for us. The manager was great also. The breakfast was nice. The rooms were clean and there is a microwave and mini fridge with a small freezer in it. The shower head could be set to regular or 3 other settings for water pressure. Great on my back after driving a long way. Dislikes were the tub drained very slowly and there was a wash rag that was used and set to dry on the shower head are my only complaints which I can totally live with.

LIKE: Complementary breakfast DISLIKE: Site was not like appeared on website; Came back with a rash... bed covers/sheets broke me out.... asked to change bed sheets and covers... they did not. Inspect your bed

The place reeks of cigarette smoke still. The room could use a better vacuum job too. Or better inspection of cleanliness. The drain to the tub was partially functioning, so it drained real slow. The pillows were too soft for me and it made my neck hurt.

Not great staff front desk not friendly room was not as clean as I expected.

Overall my friend and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. Things were quiet. The room was clean and quite large compared to other places we've stayed, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant in the morning. The only thing I would criticize would be they don't allow early check-in.

Pop machine kept eating our dollars and soda was 1.50 but machine gave no change - that was bogus. Also ice machine did not work on 1st floor

This hotel really tries their best with what they're working with. The lobby area is really inviting. Joshua at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size with spacious lay out. Cleanliness could use some work but I've seen much worse. Free breakfast buffet was outstanding. Huge variety of foods and large eating area. Outside area of hotel was a little sketchy. Couldn't really tell who was an employee, a guest or just hanging out. Hotel is dated but I do feel they make up for it in other ways. For the price I paid I would stay at this hotel again.

convenient to highway for an overnight on way to Florida. Very pleasant staff, eager to please. Clean, comfortable, well priced. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had planned on camping for the weekend but got too late of a start on Friday. We decided on dinner in Lex and to stay in a hotel. Since it was last minute, we didn't want to spend a ton. We found the Ramada and we're impressed with the pics of the lobby. The lobby is much more impressive in appearance than the rooms themselves but the rooms were clean. The bed felt a little worn but the bedding was nice and fluffy. Breakfast was free and pretty good! Overall, for a quick night or 2, it's a decent value.

Not clean, staff was very unprofessional. at one point I heard the staff behind a closed door screaming and arguing
