Convenient and updated historic home in the heart of Lexington. 1 private bedroom and one semi private bedroom downstairs. Semi private room has attached bathroom and stair access for upstairs. One large open room upstairs with two sleeping areas and a sitting/tv area. 2 Full bathrooms in house. Kitchen has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Open living/dining/kitchen area downstairs is a perfect gathering place.

This house is perfect for guests who want to be within walking distance to UK football games.

1 mile to UK campus & UK/VA hospitals. Baptist Health hospital is at the end of the street.

Weekend farmer's market, restaurants, bars and shops located around the corner on Southland Dr.

The house is off Nicholasville Rd and convenient to anything you may need in Lexington.

Just two miles to downtown Lexington where you can enjoy plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars.

10 minutes to Keeneland and the airport.

20 minutes to the Horse Park

Convenient to a number of bourbon distilleries.
