no signage besides room #s on doors in the inside of the hotel. dingy and not very clean. dishes in the room were actually dirty. used coffee cups and plates and silverware. Tried to visit the front desk for add'l towels after a few days of being there. We couldn't get any because "they weren't ready"

Because I had a local address, I was charged an unexpected $600 deposit that took 5 days to be returned into my account. This was not communicated during the booking process. The hotel itself was great for the price. Clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, bathrooms are huge. Staff could have been a little less condescending when I was questioning the unexpected deposit.

I booked a SUITE and expected a kitchen area, microwave, etc. This was a regular hotel room. No trash can in bathroom, NO closet or place to hang clothes, no microwave or kitchen. I will be requesting a refund.

Room was supposed to be non smoking but it seemed like us was a smoking room. Had an awful smell to it. The building side door that is supposed to be locked 24 hours, was hardly ever locked. There was a stain/drops on the curtains.

This Hotel was very comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic. They had hot eggs and sausages. The hotel has some major water leaks but our room was dry.

$3.25 to wash and dry your clothes was a bonus. I wish they would mix up the breakfast food. I stayed four days and eggs and sausage every morning. How about some biscuits and gravy?

The property was fine. We just needed a place to crash on a long drive. The check-in was fine. The front desk staff was nice. Our only issue was that the room we were given already had people in it!!

Ok, this is a low cost hotel so i should take that into account and i do. Good: Room comes with stove; microwave and other extended stay items. BAD: Put guest with cane into the farthest away room. Several buckets in the hallway collecting water drops from ceiling and it wasnt raining. A stairway leading from rooms to front area visably had carpet and lineing was loose and crumbling
