Great and Comfy Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at your home! The setup is great and beds/pillows so comfy. We enjoyed the outdoor space when the heat broke a little. Nice location and easy to get places. Highly recommend staying here!

College Graduation

This house was wonderful. Absolutely a wonderful trip with family and friends. House was adequately supplied with soap and toiletries. We enjoyed the fire pit on last night. Hot tub looked very clean, but we never used it. I would recommend this listing.

Wonderful family gatherinfy

This space was a great gathering space for our family to meet for the Christmas holiday. It was also very close to shopping, but was also tucked away in a neighborhood which was nice. We enjoyed the evening by the fire pit and hot tub. Seth was a great host and we would definitely stay here againb!

Perfect for Lexington KY Activities!

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and you can tell there have been a lot of updates to the property. Thankfully we have been traveling together for many years, so we are used to each others' routines, but only 2 bathrooms for 6 people could get a little tough if you are in a rush between activities. Our only small negative comment is the sliding barn doors on the Jack & Jill bathroom, they offer no privacy with the large gaps between the door and the wall. The location is great for all things Kentucky, easy access to downtown Lexington, multiple distilleries within 30-45 minutes, multiple options for golf! Unfortunately we did not get to try out the hot tub because it was over 90 degrees every day :)

Group of 8

This is a *very* clean, adorable, older home that's been updated throughout! The back deck was the perfect place for having our morning coffee and watching the squirrels run around the yard. We were excited to use the fire pit in the evenings, but the weather didn't cooperate. Seth responded quickly to any questions we had. There were 8 of us, so the dining table would get a little difficult to maneuver around when everyone was in the kitchen/dining space. We moved the table about 3' closer the living room and didn't have any issues after that. We were in town for a 2 day music festival and will definitely try to stay here again, if we bring a group next year!

Gorgeous house in a great location!

We were so pleased with our stay at this property! Seth was extremely responsive and kept us updated with how to check in and check out as easily as possible. Lots of great restaurants no just 4-5 minutes away from the house. 10/10 recommend!

Fun House with a good location

Was a great house with plenty of space. The fire pit and hot tub were also excellent. Extremely clean and well-kempt. WiFi was slow for speed and a disappointment for streaming and trying to get a little work done on Gmail. The beds were comfy but the pillows flatten out badly after laying on them. The livingroom couch was wide but you sank into it quite badly, needs to be replaced.

Bourbon Tour
