We use a smart lock for seamless entry, and your unique code will be sent to you prior to your stay. You’ll have full access to the entire house during your visit! Please note, there is an owner’s closet located upstairs in one of the bedrooms that is not accessible to guests. Ample street parking is available directly in front of and around the property.

We welcome one well-behaved dog under 50 pounds with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please bring your own dog bed and help us protect the furnishings. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet in the yard to keep the outdoor space clean and enjoyable for everyone.

Many of Frankfort’s most popular destinations are within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and historical landmarks. A car is helpful for exploring the surrounding distilleries and natural areas, and rideshare services like Uber are available in the area.

● Rear door lock is not smart, please lock that all times.
● Downstairs and Upstairs have smart thermostats, these will be configured to maintain 70 degrees at all times.
● To enhance the protection, there is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, and there is a camera on the rear door. Both of these cameras are pointing towards the street and record audio and video. They are placed for your safety and safety of our property. Please be assured these are configured for your privacy and they do not have visibility into any interior space or the backyard containing the hot tub.
