We’ve stayed at this property a couple of times now, and it’s always such a great experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly what we need for a trip to Lexington. Check‑in is simple, communication is easy, and the home has a really cozy, relaxing feel. We’ll definitely be back again!

Our stay way good and easy to use. (Access) The appliances and bathroom was newer and nice. The down side was the bed and couch we not very comfortable and the tv was in a cabinet and you couldnt see the full picture on the tv. Nice space especially for being an old house and good parking.

Very beautiful apartment in the beautiful historical downtown district! I love how much natural light flows into the space, the decoration, the closeness to everything in downtown. The space was very clean and check in was very easy. I would stay here again!

This was our second stay at this quaint home, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The property is spotless, the bed is very comfortable, and all the amenities are thoughtfully provided. Everything we needed was right at hand, making our visit easy and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning again!

My son and I stayed here 2 nights we were in town for a UK game. The host was very punctual and communicated effectively. The apartment is as described online, very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely book again!

Long holiday weekend

My husband and I love college towns. We decided to drive up to UK in Lexington. This rental was so close to the campus and really everything. It was perfect for the two of us. Clean, mostly quiet, some street noise on Saturday night, but it is a college town. Great shower. We did not use the patio or outdoor grill, but it was a nice area. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if in this area. Host was accessible and quick to respond.
