It has an air-to-water heating system and is insulated to the highest standard giving it a constant temperature so no variations in temperature from room to room and no drafts. Hot water is also run off this system and constant.

The house benefits from being close to town yet with a countryside feel. It has a 65" TV, washer and dryer, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster and a fridge freezer.
