Located on the seafront on the top floor (5th floor), the apartment is 1.7km from the train station, 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes by car. Many shops are then within walking distance. From an artisanal crêperie on the ground floor to the riding school, sailing school and thalassotherapy without forgetting the shops of necessity: supermarket, bakery- pastry, butcher- deli- caterer, fishmonger, cheese dairy, pharmacy, hairdresser and tobacco-press.

Les Sables d'Olonne, mainly known for its magnificent beach, which attracts many holidaymakers every year and the Vendée Globe race, is full of activities of all kinds. You can swim there, surf there, take sailing lessons… But the land of Vendée doesn’t have to blush. They also contain their share of attractions. Bike rides in the marshes, visit the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne, discover the Veillon, without forgetting the mythical Puy du Fou
