On the first floor of a small building with an elevator, this rental offers generous living spaces and an ideal layout for accommodating family or friends. The entrance opens onto a fully equipped, separate kitchen, leading to a large, light-filled living room that extends onto the loggia, a pleasant space for reading, dining, or simply enjoying the tranquility.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, as well as a third bedroom with two 90cm beds and an en-suite shower room, offering privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete this functional space.

For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and television. A large private garage is also available, as well as a shared courtyard on the ground floor.
