Shops are located on the ground floor of the residence. One private parking space for one car is available in the shared underground garage. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. A laundry room in the basement is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, as well as storage shelves for all apartments in the residence. Central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.
