Gite in the owners' holiday chalet. Gite located at the back of the chalet, on 3 levels with independent access. Ground floor: living room-kitchen with lounge area, Wifi connection, WC with washbasin. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm), shower room (walk-in shower), separate WC. Attic converted into a sloping ceiling with 2 skylights (2 single beds 90 x 200 cm). Total floor area: 74 m² attic parts included. Terrace and land. Ski slopes at 200 m (return on skis to the chalet following snowfall). Cross-country skiing on site. Bike room. Wooden frame chalet located at the foot of the cross-country trails and 200m from the chairlift. Residential area of several wooden chalets located on the edge of the resort center, on the edge of the forest. Very good comfort with quality equipment. Mountain charm. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Chalet located on the cross-country ski trails of the La Féclaz Nordic area and 200 m from the chairlift. In the heart of the Regional Park of Bauges, preserved and authentic massif with many walks and hikes for all levels. Leisure center (body of water with supervised swimming) in Lescheraines. An ideal destination for a stay in a gentle mountain!
