Merveilleux chalet

Notre séjour d'un mois au chalet de la Grande Ours s'est parfaitement déroulé. La station est très agréable, familiale et suffisamment en altitude pour bénéficier de très bonnes conditions. Le domaine de Megève est accessible à 15 min de voiture par St Gervais, et Chamonix à 30 min. Le village des Contamines est charmant et très proche du chalet. Le chalet est très grand, bien pensé et parfaitement aménagé, le salon a un très beau volume et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. L'accueil et la communication ont été extrêmement faciles. Exceeding expectations

We stayed with a group of 9 for 4 days in this excellent chalet. The chalet had a very large living room, ideal for unwinding, drinking a glass at the fire place and enjoy dinner. The bed rooms are large, beds (except for the master bedroom) can be made as two. Overall level of detail is very high. As several members of our group mentioned: the best chalet we ever stayed. Thank you Sebastien for sharing this wonderful chalet.

Gorgeous chalet

This is a fabulous chalet and I’m not sure the photos do it justice. Easily the best we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully designed and a very high quality build with lovely views from the balcony. You could always find a quiet spot, as there are loads of different places to sit both inside and out, and one of our party made the mezzanine area into his ‘office’ to do work for an hour each day. We especially liked the TV room, where we all watched films in the evening and the kitchen was excellently equipped for meals in, with plenty of gadgets etc. It was a nice walk down to the centre of Les Contamines, so we walked to some of the excellent local restaurants a couple of evenings. We also did a couple of hikes directly from the house, which meant totally car free days. The owner and concierge were also very nice and quick to respond. Didn’t really want to leave 😢

MAGNIFIQUE!!!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour aux Contamines dans ce chalet exceptionnel à tout point de vue: Une vue imprenable et saisissante sur la montagne dès l'entrée, une ambiance chaleureuse et contemporaine retranscrite tant par les matériaux nobles qui composent ce chalet que par la décoration de très bon goût. Toute la famille s'y retrouve et chacun trouve son espace de liberté et d'intimité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tout confort avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié les chaises longues au soleil sur le grand balcon et la terrasse qui entourent le chalet. La cuisine ultra design et vaste est idéale pour concocter de bons petits plats. Sans oublier le baby foot qui a fait le bonheur de tous également. Les ballades à faire à proximité sont très sympas et offrent des points de vue à couper le souffle. La base de loisirs du village est parfaite pour accueillir petits et grands dans une cadre verdoyant et bien entretenu. Merci pour cet inoubliable séjour dans ce chalet de rêve que nous recommandons à tous. A TRÈS bientôt Patricia et Nicolas
