The apartment is fine. It is situated next to the slopes, which is perfect and not very far from the shops in La Croisette. When we were there at Easter you could only reach the apartment by using the green slope Violette or skilift Bettex. This was not ideal, but not a big problem either. The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner to our taste, but it was acceptable. Underneath the cupboard it has clearly not been cleaned for some time. Some of the cutlery and other kitchen knifes are falling apart. Most of the pots and pans are teflon, which is fine except that previous guests used steel cutlery in them, making us wonder if it is wise to still use them. One does not want to eat the teflon layer.
Heating is with electric heating appliances that can be moved around the apartment. But some of the power sockets are no longer firmly attached to the wall. It was still relatively safe, but it would be best if this is looked at rather sooner than later.
The storage place for the ski is not very secure. The lock has been mounted to the door with torc screws. All one needs is the right torc screw and the door opens. That did not happen, and our skis are not theft prone.
All in all we had a good stay and would certainly consider going there once more.
