Disliked: Cleanliness
This owner needs to be blacklisted from renting out properties, for starters. Drove all the way from Milton Keynes, and when we got there the owner told us that the property was pre-booked by someone else, even though we received confirmation! The owner then stopped answering telephone calls, and didn’t even bother to at least send me a text. If you can’t manage a property rental portfolio, don’t bother getting in this business. STAY FAR AWAY.
