The black Mould is dangerous to peoples health

Checked into this hotel and after being shown to the room discovered the smell coming from the room was from the black mould in the bathroom,We left the hotel and went in search of another hotel that was clean,The staffs response was it may not have been cleaned yet . I would not recommend anybody stay at this hotel due to the cleanliness of it,My wife is a severe asthmatic and no way i could let her stay there.Check out the photos for yourself and you can decide to book here if you want to,and this was a suite room so even more pricey then a standard room.

The room is nice and cozy but water keeps on flooding the toilet after shower. Location of the hotel is good cos has convenient stores n lots of restaurants. Easy to get grab or rent a motor bike.

Location great, room ok, pool access limited.

Requested maintenance of tv, never occurred during 12 day stay. A number of staff have little comprehension of English. Pool has no access for older people. Pool surrounds had cigarette butt ends left for days. Exposed nails on decking of pool. Bathroom smells temporarily fixed..next day same problems. Location of hotel great for food and access to Legian, Kuta etc. easy walking for able bodied. No food available from restaurant...closed. Breakfast was served, excellent service here when female staff on.

It looked ok

The pool looked good but it's very hard to get into and out, tiles are extremely slippery, and only the 1 step in. The room it's self , very slippery tiles throughout the room, towels extremely worn with holes. The constant smell and leaking toilet made things unpleasant and they didn't do anything about it when asked , only cleaned the area and placed mothballs witch was unpleasant especially with asthma . The main wooden door to the room had dropped and only opening small amount, actually opened in front of the wardrobe,so if you were looking for clothing the door would open onto your back. The stairs in the main area had No hand rails. The safe locked great in the room,and you could even take it with you when you left.

Budget hotel in decent location

This hotel was fine for the price, it isn't very close to much, but easily walkable to the beach and to Seminyak square, but at least 15-20 mins walk to either. I showed up straight from the airport at about 2 am, and there was confusion getting checked in, and my room had an ac machine but it didn't work so I had a pretty terrible sleep. Found out the next day that they don't have enough remotes for each room, and it can be easily turned on - but I wish they had told me this before that first night.

We checked in , the guy didn't seems happy , i told him we gonna leave tomorrow after breakfast and he replyed there's no breakfast , till i has to show him the booking confirmation and then he went to call somwone and said i don't know i'll confirm with you. We ask them for a card so when we take a taxi we can come back , they didn't have , and the taxi driver was driving us for more than 1 hour and half to find the hotel. In the morning they got to my room only 1 breakfast even tho it's me and my girlfriend and they didn't want to give us a 2nd one. And their breakfast is just 1 toast and that's it.

Room smelt like mould

We arrived on the Friday night for 4 nights and as soon as we entered the room the wife commented on teh smell of mould, we stayed overnight but searched for a new hotel the next day and moved that night, in that one day both the wife and developed a cough which we believe was from the mould. The airconditioning drainage pipe runs directly into teh shower recess rather than to teh outside of the property. Upon complaint we were offered another room but it was in worse condition than the first with boards to the walls falling offf due to moisture. Would not recommend to anyone
