The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. Guests will also enjoy modern comforts such as air conditioning, WiFi, and a washing machine. For added enjoyment, the property offers a balcony and a private yard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. With its own private entrance, you’ll enjoy full privacy throughout your stay. The house is located just a 5-minute walk from the town center, in a peaceful and quiet area with no noise, and only a 5-minute drive from the beautiful Agios Ioannis beach.
