The garden is communal property and can only be used by the residents of the hall of residence. The flat: is located approx. 150 metres from the lake. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property. When you arrive at the lakeshore in Molina di Ledro, follow the signs to Residence Belvedere. The private car park is located directly in front of the residence.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early July to end of August, 4 m x 7 m, depth 2 m). In the large shared courtyard of the residence is the swimming pool with a view of the beautiful Lake Ledro and the surrounding mountains.
